Payment & Fees We require 50% payment at time of booking and the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. Cleaning Fee: $185 Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 1 day prior to your arrival and will be released within 7 days after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. Cancellations Cancellations before 14 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of $100. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will refund the nightly rate that the new guests paid minus any additional booking platform fees . No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that was not not refunded.

The agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking along with a photo of your ID to keep from cancellation. All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund. - Up to 6 adults with an additional 2 children (under 12 years) for a maximum of 8 guests total are permitted. - Must be at least 25 years old to rent and must stay in the property every night of the booked dates. - Check-in: After 4:00 PM - Checkout: 10:00 AM - Self check-in with keypad - No smoking or vaping - No pets - No parties or events, maximum 4 cars allowed - Neighborhood quiet hours 10pm-9am - No shoes in the house to maintain cleanliness Minimum Night Stay - 2 nights (September-May) - 4 nights (June-August) - 3+ nights (holiday weekends) Weekly 8% off a 7-night stay Longer stays may be available

Where is the nearest boat ramp launch? - Toto Creek Park Can I keep my boat trailer at your house? - Yes, you may park it in our driveway but not on the grass or on the street. Do you provide firewood? - We provide one bundle of wood for your convenience. More wood may be purchased at a grocery store or gas station if needed.
